Our Passion and Purpose 

 At A-List Home Inspection LLC, our mission is rooted in a passion for helping people. Buying a home is one of the most significant investments you will ever make, and before you make it official, we pull back the curtain so you can buy with confidence.

 Our primary goal is to inform and educate potential home buyers and current homeowners alike. We don't just hand over a checklist of issues; we take the time to thoroughly inform and educate every single client. We want you to walk away with clarity, confidence, and an understanding of your property so you can protect your family and your investment. 

A Lifetime in the Trades 

 My name is Joe and I have spent the majority of my life working directly in the trades, gaining the hands-on experience and structural knowledge that you can only get from years on the job. Moving into home inspection has been the most rewarding career move I have ever made. In the three years since becoming a home inspector I earned the title of Lead Inspector for one of Chicago’s leading Home Inspection Companies. In January 2026 I followed my dreams and established my own compan, A-List Home Inspection. Now I get to use a lifetime of technical skill and continued education to bring peace of mind and empower families in our community.

Our Vision for the Future 

 While the introduction says "About Us," A-List Home Inspection LLC is currently operating as a dedicated solo proprietorship. When you hire us, you get my personal attention, my full expertise, and my undivided commitment to you and your home.

 However, this is a company built to grow. In time, my vision is to build a premier team of passionate women and men who share this exact same drive to protect, educate, and serve our clients. Every future inspector who joins the A-List family will be held to these same elite standards.
